Shipping Policy

Where we ship
We currently ship Solar Archive prints to:
- United States (all 50 states + DC; not Puerto Rico, Guam, or other territories at this time)
- Canada (all provinces and territories)
- European Union (all 27 member states)
- United Kingdom
If your country isn’t listed, drop us a note at gillygumption@gmail.com; we may be able to enable it as Printify expands.
Production time
Every print is made to order. Standard production is 2–7 business days from the moment you complete checkout. Complex products (framed posters, wall clocks) sit at the higher end of that range.
Delivery time
Delivery is in addition to production. Typical carrier transit:

These windows are typical, not guaranteed. Peak seasons (Q4 holidays, major shopping events) can extend transit by 3–5 days.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination, product type, and weight. Solar Archive does not subsidise or surcharge shipping beyond what Printify and the carrier charge us.
Duties, taxes, customs
- United States + Canada: applicable sales tax (or GST/HST) is added at checkout based on your shipping address.
- European Union: VAT is included in the displayed price for EU destinations under the Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) scheme. No additional VAT or customs handling fees should apply on delivery.
- United Kingdom: VAT is included in the displayed price for UK destinations under the UK’s low-value import scheme. No additional VAT or customs handling fees should apply on delivery.
- Other destinations: not currently supported.
If you are charged unexpected duties or customs handling fees on delivery, please contact us at gillygumption@gmail.com with the receipt and we will investigate.
Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email from Shopify within 1–2 business days of your order shipping. Tracking accuracy varies by carrier; international parcels sometimes show no updates between origin and destination scans.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can change addresses only before the order enters production (typically within 1 hour). After that, your order ships to the address you provided.
Lost, stuck, or returned packages
- Lost in transit: if tracking has shown no movement for 15+ business days domestically or 30+ business days internationally, contact us. We’ll work with Printify and the carrier to replace or refund per our Refund Policy.
- Returned to sender: if a package is returned to Printify because the address was undeliverable or unclaimed, you’ll be responsible for the cost of re-shipping. We can refund the order minus the original shipping cost if you prefer.
