Refund & Returns Policy

Every Solar Archive print is made to order by our fulfilment partner Printify when you place it. Because there’s no inventory and the product is unique to your customisation, this policy follows the Printify-standard print-on-demand approach: no refunds for change of mind, but defective and damaged items are replaced or refunded.

How to file a claim

  1. Email gillygumption@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with: your order number, a clear photo of the defect or damage, and a brief description.
  2. We’ll respond within 5 business days with a decision and (if approved) instructions for replacement or refund.
  3. You do not need to ship the original item back unless we specifically ask.

Refund timing

Cancellations

Because production begins shortly after checkout, we cannot guarantee cancellation. Email us immediately at gillygumption@gmail.com with your order number; we’ll cancel if Printify has not yet begun production.

EU + UK statutory rights

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Rights Directive / Consumer Contracts Regulations. However, the statutory exception for made-to-order goods applies to Solar Archive prints — they are produced uniquely for you after you place the order — and therefore the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply. This does not affect your statutory rights regarding defective products.
